Pulsed laser deposited porous nano-carpets of indium tin oxide and their use as charge collectors in core-shell structures for dye sensitized solar cells

Conductive In2 O3 :Sn (ITO) films of varying morphology and porosity were grown by exploiting nanocluster formation with pulsed laser deposition. We demonstrate their use as an ITO-titania (core-shell) anode in a dye sensitized solar cell.
